Registration opens in January 2017.

Prices for Symposium participants, registration before 1st March 2017:

Participation fees includes daytime program in symposium, lunch and afternoon coffee.

  • Professionals:
    • 2 days: 250 euros
    • 1 day: 180 euros
    • Poster presentation gives -50 % discount from professional fees
  • Cochlear implant users and their family members and students (prepare to show valid student card at reception):
    • 2 days: 90 euros
    • 1 day: 65 euros
  • There will also be separate fee for Thursday evening program. Program and price will be announced later.

Prices for Symposium participants, registration on 1st March 2017 or later:

Participation fees includes daytime program in symposium, lunch and afternoon coffee.

  • Professionals:
    • 2 days: 300 euros
    • 1 day: 230 euros
  • Cochlear implant users and their family members and students (prepare to show valid student card at reception):
    • 2 days: 105 euros
    • 1 day: 80 euros

The registration fees can be paid with a credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express), Finnish online bank or by invoice (invoice fee of 10 € will be added). Please read through the cancellation policy.

THE LAST DAY TO MAKE REGISTRATION is 2nd April 2017 or as long as symposium is fullbooked.

Cancellation policy

Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Konffa Ltd: eurociu@konffa.fi. The fee for any amendments is 10 €/ registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 10 €.

Cancellations will be accepted until 31st March 2017 with a refund of – 50%, less an administration charge of 30 €.

From 1st April 2017 no refunds will be given and the registration fees will be invoiced 100 %.

All-inclusive travel insurance is recommended.
